Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in creating a welcoming and professional environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Welcome visitors and provide them with accurate information and assistance.
  • Coordinate and prepare documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized files.
  • Support the team in organizing events, workshops, and fundraising activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
  • Undertake special projects and assignments as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using office software (MS Office Suite, spreadsheets, databases).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
