Chief Executive Director
As the Chief Executive Officer of the organization, I work closely with stakeholders, community leaders, and residents to drive positive change in Northside communities. By leading strategic initiatives, I aim to ensure that our efforts are focused and impactful, and that we are fully engaged with the needs of the people we serve. With a deep commitment to collaboration and an unwavering dedication to promoting sustainable growth, I believe that we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those who call Northside home. Through proactive engagement and thoughtful leadership, I am confident that we can build a brighter and more equitable future for all.

As Director of Development for Northside Inter-Community Agency, is responsible for administering the organization’s development and activities. This involves creating a fundraising strategy, communicating with donors, and managing volunteers. Arredondo is committed to maximizing and stabilizing the growth of NICA to ensure effective fundraising efforts. Arredondo has a passion for NICA’s mission and a commitment to the community.
