- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content, stories, and updates for social media promotion.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, and propose innovative strategies to reach our target audience effectively.
- Utilize social media advertising and fundraising tools to maximize reach and impact.
- Work with external partners and influencers to amplify our social media presence and partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative social media strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
